Okay so I basically started being good again last week (pretty fucking half assed though) but my best mates birthday was on Friday and needless to say, cookies were made and eaten, yum cha was devoured and more cookies and honeycomb were made at 2am. Felt so fucking stupid the next day so yesterday and today I’ve been reasonably good although not good enough. I weighed myself Monday morning and have gained 1.4kgs since mid last week (keeping in mind I had tonsilitis and couldn’t eat for 3 days) but that’s still a fucking colossal gain fuck. Okay here’s my food this week so far
Monday I had;
Breakfast -
Sliced peaches (37 cals)
School -
Apple (50 cals)
Pineapple (72 cals)
Afterschool - NB this is where it gets bad…
Choc chip scone (200 cals roughly)
Yogo (100 cals)
Dinner -
2x wraps with chicken and cheese (unknown cals, could figure it out but ceebs)
I was better today than yesterday except I forgot breakfast which was stupid of me.
Breakfast -
Tea (16 cals for sugar)
School -
85 salad;
85g grapes
85g peach
85g pineapple

Afterschool - dananana
choc chip scone (roughly 200 cals)
Vanilla custard (150 cals)

Dinner -
2x chicken sausages

Sooo I like to think Im easing back but really Im just being stupid in particular afterschool, I haven’t been able to go to the gym afterschool which stops me having afternoon snacks because by the time I get home it’s nearly dinner so I just wait. I couldn’t go yesterday because I had the orthodontist at a really awkward time so I didn’t have time before or after and today I had squash at 7 which I will next week so I will probably go to the gym before that next week. Tomorrow I have double sport at school but that’s somewhat useless and I think were doing Javelin so that barely even counts but I will go to the gym after school and I have no interruptions. Then on Thursday I have netball trials before which are decently active and then will go gym after school and gym again Friday. Will post tomorrow night what I eat all day (fingers crossed I’m better) and hopefully gym stops me snacking. I really just need to go cold turkey on crap and I will be so much better off!!
